Non-League Preview: Early promotion clash for Sutton

Sutton United will look to improve on their bright start as they host fellow promotion hopefuls Ebbsfleet United this Saturday.

Having both suffered heartbreak in the Conference South play-offs last season, Sutton United have started the season well and are unbeaten in four games. Ebbsfleet United are suffering with inconsistent form.

A win for either side could see them going into a play-off position which will provide a timely confidence boost.

Sutton United will have to keep an eye on Charlie Sheringham though, he has scored six goals and will trouble a defence that have conceded 11.

The Ryman Premier Division sees Kingstonian facing Witham Town at Spa Road. Kingstonian will look to improve upon ninth position against a side that have conceded more than they have scored.

Taking place in the same division, Metropolitan Police will play Bury Town at Imber Court. Hampton and Richmond Borough are suffering a poor run of form, losing six out of 10 games. They will look to rectify this against East Thurrock United.

The Ryman Football League Division One will see Walton Casuals and Tooting and Mitcham United both playing away to Redhill and Corinthian Casuals respectively. Walton Casuals have had a miserable start, they are yet to register a single point and are currently bottom.

Walton and Hersham will look to get a precious win on the board as they host Three Bridges at Stompond Lane.

And finally, the Combined Counties Football League will see Colliers Wood United taking on Badshot Lea while Raynes Park Vale hosts Farnham Town.
