At the Motorpoint Arena in Nottingham, the Netball Super League (NSL) returns on 11 February with a season opener consisting of five matches involving all the ten clubs.
The following matches of the NSL 2023 season will be played at each clubs’ home and away venues through to the finals in June.
Each match is broadcast each week exclusively on Sky Sports during the regular season, including the play-offs and finals.
London Pulse are the rising stars of the NSL, a semi-professional sports club competing UK wide who are now approaching their fifth season in the league.
Pulse’s CEO and Director of Netball Sam Bird said: “We are just starting our Super League journey.

With a capacity for 7,481 spectators, the club is based at the Copper Box Arena located in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
This is where the Vitality Roses took on Jamaica in the international Test series last month.
Several of the clubs players, including Jade Clark, Chelsea Pitman, Funmi Fadoju and Olivia Tchine, are part of the England Roses squad who played in the recent Quad Series in Cape Town.
Pulse aims to be the beating heart of netball in London by connecting communities to play, watch and enjoy netball.
The club offers experience through pathway coaching programmes and trials, netball tours, virtual camps, disability netball as well as walking programmes netball across all parts of London.
In addition, they work in partnership with primary and secondary schools offering workshops for both teachers and students.
As the provider of England Netball’s performance pathway for London and surrounding areas, Pulse has an impressive record for finding and developing the next generation of NSL and England stars.
The pathway for young athletes aged 14-21 has produced many talented played now playing in the NSL and last year hundreds of players across London and beyond trialled to join.
Since the Vitality Roses gold medal at the 2018 Commonwealth Games under previous England Netball manager Tracey Neville, the sport has seen an increased interest and participation figures.
In October 2019 An Active Lives Adult Survey revealed 319,400 adults now play netball fortnightly.
