A new club which promotes postnatal fitness and a different maternity leave experience opens up in Wimbledon this spring.
Busylizzy opens up in Wimbledon on April 10 and is designed for new parents looking to enjoy fun and friendly baby, toddler and postnatal fitness with like-minded people.
Claire Squelch, owner of busylizzy Wimbledon, said: “busylizzy is a real revolution for Wimbledon mums. It makes maternity leave a lot easier for you as it gives you the flexibility to work around your baby’s routine and your other priorities.”
Busylizzy Wimbledon offers 15 different baby, toddler and postnatal fitness classes each week. They range from baby yoga, mummy&me pilates to toddler music.
Ms Squelch said: “We are starting with a focus on mum and baby fitness but we are looking to expand the number of classes we currently have on offer, it depends on which classes receive the most appetite.”
The club is open every morning from Monday to Friday in three locations close by to Wimbledon station: Mansel Road Centre, Everyday Church and South Park Gardens.
It’s really simple to get started on the busylizzy programme. There are two booking options to choose from, the unlimited monthly membership which speaks for itself or the PicknMix monthly membership.
The PicknMix membership allows members to book any eight sessions in a month and if a session isn’t used you simply roll over your credits to the next month.
You can book, cancel and reschedule sessions using their app.
The app enables you to have flexibility and enjoy all the classes on your terms.
Ms Squelch added: “We are all about making maternity easy, you book classes to suit you and your routine. You can cancel any class up to two hours before and join onto a new class just 30 minutes before.”
Busylizzy Wimbledon is also offering its last free taster session this Thursday (March 30) for those thinking about signing up to the club. ‘Mini Explorers’ will be held at the Mansel Road Centre.
