Have you ever wondered what it’s like to be a train fanatic?
South West Londoner spoke to a young boy and his grandad on their journey across south London to find the new 701 Arterio class of trains now in service across some of South Western Railway’s network.
Kaz Cukier, 13, and his grandad, John, were at Putney station in anticipation of the new fleet that was released into operation at the start of this year.
Taking time out of his school holiday calendar to ensure he’d catch the special train, Kaz brought SW Londoner along for the ride to tell us all about his passion for trains.
