A Morrissey-supported pop-up shop is to open at Battersea Dogs & Cats Home in London this weekend.
Open today until Monday September 21 including Sunday, which every day is like of course.
The shop will feature a collection of Morrissey merchandise for sale, in perhaps the one instance Mozza will not be imploring shoplifters of the world to unite.
Available exclusively at the pop-up shop will be a limited amount of signed Your Arsenal and Vauxhall And I vinyl, all of which are accompanied by an engraved, numbered and dated Battersea Dog or Cat tag.
Around 25 of each title will be available on each day of opening, though these are strictly limited to one per customer.
With regards to what difference does it make, with a £2 entry donation required to enter the shop, it will help support the 8,000 dogs and cats Battersea care for each year.
For visitors who were looking for a dog and then (didn’t) find a dog, visitors to Battersea Dogs & Cats Home will have the opportunity to do so.
Alternatively, for the more cat keen visitor, Battersea feature a variety of felines keen to hear ‘you’re the one for me catty’.
The shop is open 10:30am-5pm until Monday, when it closes at 3pm.
