A storytelling organisation hosted a festival of the dead inspired by a Celtic tradition on Sunday 29th October on Tooting Common.
South London Storytelling organised the event as part of a week-long schedule of events which explored the Celtic tradition of Samhain, which marks the end of the light season and the beginning of darker nights.
The co-directors, Christy Billings and Alison Royce, enlisted 40 volunteers to support the event.
The event took place at Woodfield Pavilion on the northern side of Tooting Common and events included a firebreather, Morris dancers, and a drumming band.

Well spoken young man, lovely diction. Nice to hear a fellow scotsman on the news channel.
