Armed Police closed off Clapham High Street at around 9:00am this morning.
Two men have been detained after scaling the roof of a property, having initially fled when a warrant was executed this morning.
At the time, Lambeth Police tweeted: “Clapham High Street is currently closed while we await the assistance of LondonFire to remove someone from a roof. Thank you for your patience.”
The fire brigade were called to extract the pair from the roof.
The incident has been resolved with the cordon now closed.
