A mental health charity hosted a talent and fashion event in London last month to celebrate World Mental Health Day.
Mental health charity Shine Bright UK put on the show at the Kingston Fusebox on 28 October, which included a number of charity members and non-charity members on stage.
The event showcased a variety of performances, from singing, dancing and music, to spoken word readings capturing members’ battles with mental health.
The night also featured a multicultural fashion show, starring models from a range of age groups and ethnicities.
Shine Bright UK displayed some of the art pieces produced by members in their workshops.
These pieces explored stories about living with mental health issues, and how the artist dealt with them.
