A man is in a critical condition after being hit by a bus in Brixton this morning.
Officers were called to Stockwell Road at around 10.42am following reports of a pedestrian colliding with a bus near to the O2 Brixton Academy.
London Ambulance Service, London Fire Service and an air ambulance were also called to the scene.

People are being advised to avoid the area, and that buses are subject to delay or diversion, due to the incident.
Chief Inspector Roy Smith tweeted: “We are currently dealing with a serious traffic incident on Stockwell Road.
“Please avoid the area as there is likely to be disruption.”
