A cyclist and a van collided in Putney this morning causing a woman to be taken to hospital.
Police were called to a collision between a cyclist and a van on Putney Hill, at the junction with Putney Heath Lane, at approximately 11:45am today.
London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance also attended the scene.
The cyclist, a woman believed to be in her 50s, was taken to a south London hospital for treatment – her condition awaits.
The driver of the van stopped at the scene — he has not been arrested.
Anyone who was in the area and witnessed the collision, or the events leading up to the collision, is asked to contact police on 101.
