Dance at the soup disco and compete for top cook with the return of Tooting Foodival this month.
The annual celebration of sustainable and home-grown food is back for its ninth year at Tooting market September 10-11.
Cooks can compete for the coveted Top Tooting Cook (TTC) by knocking up a tasty dish made with delicious, locally-sourced produce.
You can collect your veg for the TTC competition on Saturday, September 10 and create something fabulous to be in with a chance of a prize.
There’ll also be a seed swap, garden tips, bee keeping, recipe ideas and much more.

A Tooting Foodival spokesperson said: “We are hoping for a bumper harvest of locally grown fruit and veg to be donated by a multitude of local growers at our Saturday collection at Mushkil Aasaan.
“Come along and see what people have grown locally in and around Tooting you will be amazed.
“And if you have spare cabbage we’d be delighted to receive it!”
The festival culminates on Sunday, September 11 with a celebration soup disco in Tooting market, 21-23 Tooting High Street from 7-10pm.
Join for a £2 bowl of soup using the produce from locally-grown ingredients and dance the night away.
