LISTEN: London Bird Club helps connection with nature in the capital

London Bird Club is the capital’s bird-watching group, connecting to nature through guided field meetings.

Reporter Alice Padgett attended one of their meetings at the Bedfont Lakes on 12th January.

Gehan, London Bird Club’s chairman, told me that at Kensington Gardens you could spot 40-50 native species of birds.

London Bird Club’s next meeting is on 22nd February, where they’ll be exploring the Rainham Marshes in East London.
