‘Venom: The Last Dance’ trailer hypes fans

Marvel fans are over the moon after Sony Pictures released the trailer for the third movie in the Venom trilogy, ‘Venom: The Last Dance’.

The trailer, initially released on YouTube from the official Sony channel, has hit 30 million views, which is only six million away from the previous movie, ‘Venom: Let There Be Carnage’, which was released in 2021.

Sony released this trailer on April 26, 2024, but the views have only more recently started pouring in.

Venom fans only have to wait until October, like the previous two movies, for the finale of Venom and Eddie Brock.

Tom Hardy, the producer of Venom and also the actor of protagonist Brock, revealed in 2018 that he had officially signed to appear in a third Venom movie.

He and director Kelly Marcel began production of the movie in December 2021, two months after ‘Venom: Let There Be Carnage’ was released in theatres.

Marvel fans shared their thoughts on the trailer and what they hope for in the final movie.

Acacia Daniel, a devoted Marvel fan, said: “I thought it was so classically funny and like the whole franchise, I love all the characters.”

Daniel also states that she enjoys the soundtrack of the trailers of all three Venom movie trailers, especially Eminem’s famous Venom rap.

Many others are wishing that the ‘devastating decision’ that Brock and Venom have to make by the end of the movie, according to the synopsis, doesn’t involve killing off any of the main cast.

Ace Salter, another dedicated Marvel fan, said: “I just want Venom and Eddie to live happily ever after. I think another possibility for the ‘devastating decision’ could mean that the duo have to separate which is equally as painful.’’

With all the information we have about this sequel, it’s easy to say that Marvel fans won’t be disappointed with Venom and Brock’s last dance.
