British soul singer and songwriter Sam Smith has released another string of tour dates for next year, with two shows taking place at Brixton’s O2 Academy.
The Stay With Me singer will kick off his tour in Europe stopping off at Amsterdam, Milan and Paris before heading to the UK culminating in two London performances in March.
His meteoric rise to fame saw his debut album In the Lonely Hour go platinum in the UK and set sales records in the USA by selling 166,000 copies in its first release week.
The chart-topping singer confirmed he was gay in an interview earlier this year after revealing that his album was inspired by the unrequited love he felt for a male friend.
Tickets go on sale to the general public at 9am on Friday September 12 but are available on pre-sale with O2 Priority Tickets now.
