A woman has been charged with the murder of a 35-year-old in Chelsea.
Tracy Phillips, 48 of Downe House in Springfield Grove has been charged with murder of a woman in Stadium Street, SW10, was remanded in custody and was due to appear at West London Magistrates Court this morning.
