Novak Djokovic admits it won’t get any easier after another straight sets demolition job at Wimbledon.
The defending champion took just 91 minutes to beat Bernard Tomic 6-3, 6-3, 6-3 and will face world number 14 Kevin Anderson in the fourth round.
Anderson is a proven performer on grass, and was beaten in the final at Queen’s Club by Andy Murray, and Djokovic knows it will be tough.
“He is another big server and somebody that is in great form,” he said. “I think he is probably playing the tennis of his life all in all and he’s reached the highest ranking now in his career.
“I think he improved his movement and his game from the baseline and he always had a very good serve.
“I think it’s going to be a game of very small margins that will be decided by a few points. So I need to be able to get as many returns back in play. Hopefully I’ll be on the high level against Kevin.”
