Competitive Londoners are being invited to don outrageous fancy dress and block, run and hurl to victory at the UK’s biggest dodgeball tournament later this week.
Disability charity MENCAP is hosting the adrenaline-fuelled day at Wimbledon Park to bring fun-loving sporty types together and raise vital cash funds.
But it won’t be all blood, sweat and tears with London Beer Factory offering a free case of craft beers at registration and a variety of food stalls providing plenty of between-match grub.

DJ Beats in Abundance will be rocking their enormous record collection throughout the afternoon while Gentleman George will be bringing his unique mash-ups to the after-party.
Teams taking part in event on September 6 must have six members and two substitutes with at least one female player at all times.
The event will take place between 11am and 10pm. Tickets are £30 per person.
