Crimestoppers are offering the reward to anyone who can provide information leading to an arrest and conviction.
A £5000 reward for information about an assault on a 91-year-old woman in Chelsea was issued by Crimestoppers today.
The incident happened around 12.15am on Saturday August 25, on Elystan Place, SW3.
The suspect dragged the pensioner from her bed and tied her up using one of her jumpers before burgling her.
The woman later managed to untie herself and call 999 and was treated for injuries to her face, arms and ribs at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.
The suspect is described as a black male with a smooth shaven head, approximately 25 years old, 5ft 9” and was wearing blue jeans and a dark a dark-coloured hoody. He has a London accent.
Despite releasing CCTV images, the police have failed to identify the suspect.

DC Clare Chattaway from Kensington & Chelsea Police, said: “This was a terrifying ordeal for a vulnerable 91 year-old female.”
DCI Rhys Willis Kensington & Chelsea Police said: “This was a sickening incident and we are appealing for people to come forward and name and shame the individual concerned.”
The Safer Neighbourhoods Team has since increased patrols in the area to reassure the public.
