Bol Bachchan: Vue Croydon Grants, Cineworld Wandsworth and Odeon Kingston

After the mega international success of blockbuster films Singham, Golmaal 3 and Golmaal 2, comedy maestro Rohit Shetty and Bollywood superstar Ajay Devgn team up once again to create mayhem in the romantic comedy film Bol Bachchan, and this time heartthrob Abhishek Bachchan comes along for the ride. The film releases on 6th July 2012 by Twentieth Century Fox.
Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty, the most successful actor-director combination in Bollywood history, take the fun factor even further in this family comedy. Bol Bachchan will be superstar Abhishek Bachchan’s (Yuva, Bunty Aur Babli, Kabhie Alvida Na Kehna) first double character role, and is said to be inspired by the 1979 classic movie Golmaal. This modern version promises even more laughs, as the characters’ paths cross in a series of hilarious situations.

RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show: Hampton Court

Ballgowns – British Glamour Since 1950: Victoria and Albert Museum

The V&A celebrates the opening of the newly renovated Fashion Galleries with an exhibition of beautiful ballgowns, red carpet evening dresses and catwalk showstoppers. Displayed over two floors, ‘Ballgowns: British Glamour Since 1950’ will feature more than sixty designs for social events such as private parties, royal balls, state occasions and opening nights.

Following several sell-out UK tours and best-selling stand-up DVDs, multi-award winning welsh wonder Rhod Gilbert is back on the road with a brand new live show. A regular on Live At The Apollo and with his own BBC One show Ask Rhod Gilbert, he’s one of the world’s hottest comedians.
His stand-up rants on life’s minor irritations are legendary, but this year, he’s a more mellow fellow altogether. He’s now so laid-back he even let someone tattoo a Battenberg on him. Will the new, chilled-out Rhod get his girl and live happily ever after, or will it be microwaved baked potato for one again? Could it be the Mr Angry of comedy as you’ve never seen him before?
Laura Marling: Royal Albert Hall

Following her recent and triumphant Wisdom Of Spring tour, folk singer Laura Marling will play a one-off celebratory night at the Royal Albert Hall.
This will be a special event, Laura and her band will be performing the latest album A Creature I Don’t Know from start to finish, followed by a varied set from her two previous albums.
Initially prominent within the London folk scene, she has also toured with a number of well-known indie artists in the UK. Her debut album Alas, I Cannot Swim and her second album I Speak Because I Can were nominated for the Mercury Music Prize in 2008 and 2010 respectively. She won Best Female Solo Artist at the 2011 Brit Awards and was nominated for this year’s awards.
