Wimbledon Winter Wonderland

Join in the countdown to Christmas with a parade, fireworks, market stalls, street entertainment and much more. Wimbledon pantomime starts Sam Attwater and Anna Williamson will count the crowds down to the fireworks off Centre Court Roof. Father Christmas will make an appearance in the parade alongside AFC Wimbledon who will be kicking around on a stand on the Piazza.
There’s fun for everyone with children’s rides and stalls to buy festive goods. You won’t want to miss out.
Merton Art Society Autumn Exhibition, Wimbledon Library

This community opera based on a medieval Chester Miracle Play sees Mr and Mrs Noah with their children await their Epic adventure on the Arc. David Wilson-Johnston and Catherine Wyn-Rogers lead the cast. They are accompanied by an orchestra of massed strings, recorders, percussion, bugles, handbells, organ, and pianos with student musicians and amateurs from the community playing alongside professionals such as the Brodsky Quartet.

A brand new feel good country music comedy hits Wimbledon next week. The story follows the All Star Line Dancing Club but there’s a traitor in the group and love and line dancing come together in a one-off comedy.
Eastender’s star Shaun Williamson and Steps’ Faye Tozer and Ian H Watkins perform in this musical which includes toe-tapping tunes including Ring of Fire and Stand By Your Man.
