The borough of Richmond-upon-Thames has been crowned the best place to live in the UK, in a study by The Sunday Times.
The team of expert judges at The Sunday Times used a scientific amalgamation of various data points to assess areas across England.
The ranking considers factors including crime rates, NHS waiting times and house prices.
Richmond scores high for its excellent schools, 80% GP satisfaction, and the lowest crime rate in London.
Other London borough’s in the list included Merton, who came fourth, Sutton, who came eighth, and Wandsworth, who came 16th.
Richmond was flung even further into the spotlight by TV shows such as Ted Lasso and Bridgerton, attracting visitors from across the globe, but it’s the locals who really love it the most.
