Wimbledon Park is set to host the first weekend of music and food summer festival Pub in the Park next month.
Wimbledon Park is the first of ten locations to host Pub in the Park 2023 on 12-14 May, with events taking place all summer and finishing on 8-10 September in St Albans.
Moreover, the chef demo line-up for the weekend has been announced, with big name TV chefs such as Ainsley Harriott and Sunday Brunch host Simon Rimmer included.
There’s something for everyone to enjoy on the menu: from tasty dinner favourites to innovative healthy veggie options and melt in the mouth meat cooked on open flame.
Taking centre stage in the Live & Cooking! Hub will be the Miele Chef Demo Stage featuring sessions from top chefs, including Harriott and Rimmer.
Foodie fanatics can also expect delicious dishes from cook and baking expert Juliet Sear, king of Indian cuisine Atul Kochhar, Irish chef and TV personality Anna Haugh, chef and social media star Chris Baber and more.
As a Pub in the Park first, the summer or Rock n Roll Cooking will be launching at Wimbledon, showcasing chefs who have a passion for music, and musicians that fancy themselves a bit of a maestro in the kitchen.
Superstar musician Danny Jones from McFly will be donning his apron and taking to the Chef Demo stage on Friday night, cooking live with Rimmer.
After a stint as a finalist on Celebrity MasterChef last year, Danny’s dish is sure to be a hit.
If that wasn’t enough, Pub in the Park will also be bringing The Firepit to Wimbledon Park.
Hosted by the awesome Sam and Shauna, The Firepit will be your one-stop shop for sizzling BBQ sessions including mouthwatering cooking from Ben Tish at Cubitt House, Thuy Pham founder and head chef of the hugely popular Little Viet Kitchen, Dipna Anand YouTuber and chef known for her authentic Punjabi and South Indian cuisine at Somerset House, Mural Saiq at Cue Point and more.
Tickets for Pub in the Park at Wimbledon and beyond are still available here.
